The 2024 National Academic Conference on Electronic Plating and Surface Interface Treatment Technology was held in Shanghai from October 25th to October 27th. Prof. Wen-Bin Cai attended the conference and gave a keynote report entitled “Infrared Spectroscopy Analysis of Interfacial Adsorption Configuration and Mechanism of Copper and Cobalt Plating Additives”.
